This forum is a "catch all" forum for topics that do not fit into the five forums above. It can include such diverse matters as Chiefs of Clans and Names in Scotland, manorial lordships, the Table of Precedence, etc. You can also use this forum for questions and discussions about the Cracroft's Peerage website.

I can, but at the moment it has just a huge collection of information about the Cracroft family. I have yet to load up the peerage/royalty database file. Patrickby admin - The Peerage Forum

Over the years I have fed information into a .gen file using RootsMagic. One of the facilities in that piece of software is to be able to calculate relationships. I do find this very useful. At some time I will be making this file available on my TNG site, where I think you can also calculate relationships.by admin - The Peerage Forum
Should the Editor be asking for donations? - 8 years ago
As you will have noticed, every page in Cracroft's Peerage now has a polite suggestion that if the visitor found the page ueseful then they might consider making a donation, however small, to The Peerage Research Trust, the charitable side of Cracroft's Peerage. The six main "gateway" pages have a slightly "punchier" suggestion. It does not cost too much money to run Cracrby admin - Miscellaneous Forum
