Grand-quarterly:  1st and 4th grand-quarter, Argent on a Bend wavy between six Roses Gules three plates (Warrender);  2nd grand-quarter, Or a Lion rampant Gules couped in all joints of the field within a Double Tressure flory counterflory Azure (Maitland);  3rd grand-quarter, quarterly: 1st, quarterly: 1st and 4th, Vert a Lion rampant Argent;  2nd and 3rd, Argent three Papingoes Vert beaked and membered Gules (Home);  2nd, gyronny of eight Or and Sable within a Bordure Gules charged with eight Escallops of the first and a Canton also gyronny of eight Gules and Ermine (Campbell of Cessnock);  3rd, Azure on a Fess between three Mascles Argent as many Cinquefoils of the first (Purves of Purves);  4th, quarterly:  1st and 4th, Gules three Piles engrailed Argent (Polwarth of that Ilk);  2nd and 3rd, Argent a Cross engrailed Azure (Sinclair of Hermiston);  en surtout of the grand-quarter an Inescutcheon Argent charged with an Orange imperially crowned and slipped all proper
