On a Fasces fesswise proper a Lion's Head erased Argent guttée de sang


On either side a Lion Gules gorged with a Chain Or pendent therefrom an Escutcheon Ermine charged with a Sword erect proper pommelled and hilted gold and standing on a Fasces also proper
