Quarterly:  1st, Vert on a Cross Argent five Torteaux (Grenville);  2nd, paly of six Argent and Or a Lion rampant reguardant Sable armed and langued Gules charged with a Cross Crosslet of the second between four Quatrefoils of the third (Morgan);  3rd, Or a Pile Gules (Chandos); 4th, per fess Azure and Vair-Ancient three Fusils in chief a Bordure Or for difference (Freeman);  over all an Escutcheon ensigned with the Coronet of a Lord-Baron in the Peerage of Scotland for the Lordship of Kinloss, quarterly:  1st and 4th, Or a Saltire Gules on a Chief of the last three Crescents of the first (Bruce);  2nd and 3rd, Argent two Open Crowns in fess Gules and a Martlet in base Azure on a Chief of the last a Mullet of the field (Kinloss)

On a Chapeau Gules furred Ermine a Lion passant tail extended Gules armed and langued Azure supporting with his dexter forepaw a Shield emblazoned with the Arms of Kinloss, viz. Argent two Open Crowns in fess Gules and a Martlet in base Azure on a Chief of the last a Mullet of the field

On either side a Savage wreathed about the middle and temples with Laurel supporting in their exterior hands Banners floating inwards that on the dexter having a Staff of these liveries Or and Azure and surmounted by an Abbot's Mitre. of the Ensigns Armorial of the Abbot of Kinloss, viz. The Lordship of Kinloss was held by the Earls of Elgin from 21 Jun 1633 until 10 Feb 1746/7, when on the death of Charles [Bruce], 4th Earl of Elgin, 6th Lord Kinloss, etc., the Earldom of Elgin passed to his kinsman and heir male, Charles [Bruce], 9th Earl of Kincardine, 5th Earl of Elgin, etc. and the Lordship of Kinloss passed to his grandson and heir of line:

The Lordship of Kinloss was held by the Dukes of Buckingham and Chandos from 17 Jan 1839 until 26 Mar 1889, when on the death of Richard Plantagenet Campbell [Temple-Nugent-Brydges-Chandos-Grenville], 3rd Duke of Buckingham and Chandos, 10th Lord Kinloss, etc. the Lordship of Kinloss was inherited by his daughter and heir of line by his first wife:
