On his death the Baronies of Zouche of Haryngworth, St Maur and Lovel fell into abeyance between his two daughters by his first wife:  (1) Hon Elizabeth la Zouche, Lady Tate, wife of Sir William Tate; and (2) Hon Mary la Zouche, wife firstly of Thomas Leighton and secondly of William Connard.  The Barony of Zouche of Haryngworth was called out of abeyance after 190 years on 27 Aug 1815 in favour of:

On his death the Barony of Zouche of Haryngworth fell into abeyance between his two daughters:  (1) Hon Harriett Anne Bisshopp, wife of Hon Robert Curzon MP; and (2) Hon Katherine Annabella Bisshopp, wife of Vice Adm Sir George Richard Brooke-Pechell, 4th Bt. RN.  The barony was called out of abeyance on 9 Feb 1829 in favour of:
