Arms of Per pale and per chevron Argent Ermine and Sable in chief two Boars' Heads erased and erect of the last
and in base a like Boars's Head of the first together with the Crest A Rose Gules barbed seeded and encircled by two
Olive Branches proper thereon a Lion passant Argent were granted to Charles Booth, the elder brother of Sir Alfred
Booth, 1st Bt., and used by Sir Alfred and his immediate successors. Following the proving of the genealogical connection
with the earlier Booth Baronets (cr. 1611 - dormant 1797), subsequently Barons Delamer and Earls of Warrington, the
present Baronet, Sir Douglas Allen Booth, 3rd Bt., has chosen to use the ancestral arms of Booth as shown above.
