Quarterly:  1st and 4th, Per pale Argent and Or a Saltire Gules on a Chief engrailed of the third three Mullets of the first (Jardine);  2nd, Or a Lion rampant Gules within a Double Tressure flory counterflory Sable (Buchanan);  4th, Sable a Chevron between three Bear's Heads Argent muzzled Gules (Leny)

Crests:

1st:  A Spur Rowel of six points Gules (Jardine);  2nd, A Sword erect in pale proper hilted and pommelled Or (Buchanan)

Mottoes:

Beneath the shield:  Nobilis Est Ira Leonis (Noble is the wrath of the lion);  Above the first crest:  Cave Adsum (Beware! I am present);  Above the second crest:  Virtute Gladii Pari (With equal strength of sword)
