Grand-quarterly:  1st and 4th grand-quarters:  quarterly:  1st and 4th, Argent three Bats' Wings erect Sable on a Chief Gules a Lion passant Or (Bateson);  2nd and 3rd, per pale Argent and Azure a Chevron between three Chaplets counter-changed (de Yarburgh);  2nd and 3rd grand-quarters, Argent three Lions dormant in pale Sable between two Flaunches of the last each charged with three Mullets palewise of the first (Lloyd)

Crests:

1st:  a Bat's Wing as in the Arms;  2nd:  a Falcon close Or belled Gold preying on a Mallard proper

Supporters:
