Quarterly:  1st, Azure a Lion rampant Argent crowned Or (Galloway);  2nd, Or a Lion rampant Gules surmounted of a Ribbon (Abernethy);  3rd, Or three Piles Gules (Brechin);  4th, Or a Fess chequy Azure and Argent surmounted by a Bend Sable charged with three Buckles of the field (Stewart of Bonkyl);  en surtout, Argent a Man's Heart Gules ensigned with an Imperial Crown proper on a Chief Azure three Mullets of the first (Douglas);  all within a Bordure quarterly Azure and Gules the first charged with three Fleur-de-lis and the last with three Lions passant guardant Or
