Quarterly:  1st and 4th, Ermine on a bend nebuly Sable three Crescents Argent in the sinister chief point a Cross Bottony fitchy of the second (Hibbert);  2nd and 3rd, Per pale Argent and Azure semée-de-lys a Lion rampant guardant all counterchanged the whole debruised by a Bendlet engrailed Gules (Holland)

Crests:

1st:  in front of a dexter Cubit Arm erect proper vested Azure cuffed Ermine holding in the hand a Crescent Argent a Demi Catherine Wheel also Argent (Hibbert);  2nd:  out of a Crown Vallery Or a Demi Lion guardant per bend Argent and Azure debruised by a Bendlet engrailed counterchanged and holding in the dexter paw a Fleur-de-lys of the second (Holland)

Supporters:

On either side a Lion guardant Argent guttée de larmes each charged on the body with two Fleurs-de-lys in fess between Bars Gemel engrailed Azure
