On his death the Baronies of Zouche of Haryngworth, St Maur and Lovel fell into abeyance between his two daughters by his first wife:  (1) Hon Elizabeth la Zouche, Lady Tate, wife of Sir William Tate; and (2) Hon Mary la Zouche, wife firstly of Thomas Leighton and secondly of William Connard.  The Barony of Zouche of Haryngworth was called out of abeyance after 190 years on 27 Aug 1815 in favour of:

On his death the Barony of Zouche of Haryngworth fell into abeyance again, this time between his two daughters.  The barony was called out of abeyance on 9 Feb 1829 in favour of the elder daughter:
